General Terms and Conditions

  1. All products are subject to applicable Canadian taxes.
  2. Availability of plants is subject to prior sales, and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
  3. This list cancels all previous lists and offers.
  4. We pride ourselves in providing well-established, healthy plants which are true to name (to the best of our knowledge).
  5. Cloud's Orchids gives no warranty, implied or expressed as to the productivity of any plants. Many of the crosses offered are "cutting-edge" hybrids and it is impossible to predict the exact outcome with absolute certainty.
  6. All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Prices and charges may be subject to change at any time.
  7. Due to ever-increasing expenses, ESPECIALLY heat, we are no longer offering wholesale purchasing as of January 1, 2015.
  8. We do not provide "photos" of plants.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse service. Prices are as listed, no bargaining, no price-matching !
  10. Any rude, demanding, unreasonable, profane or otherwise uncivilized e-mails will simply be ignored.

Order Processing :

  1. Remember that any incomplete or incorrect information will result in the cancellation of your order.
  2. Your e-mail address MUST be correct for us to contact you !
  3. Use the SECURE on-line order form, available by CLICKING HERE. This is the most efficient way to process your order. [ If you get weird warnings, read this. ]
  4. Allow up to 3 days for a reply indicating the status of your order.
  5. If your credit card payment cannot be processed, your order will be automatically cancelled. We cannot "hold" orders awaiting payment, you will need to resubmit your order when you can provide valid payment.
  6. IMPORTANT : All orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. No additional charges are incurred by order additions. HOWEVER, once your order is confirmed, there is a $5 fee for EACH plant that is removed or changed (to cover admin/restocking costs). AND if your order has been already charged, an additional fee of 10% of the value will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost for credit card refunds.

There will be NO access to the greenhouse for the remainder of 2021, and possibly beyond.
There are only 2 ways to shop from us, by placing an order for shipping,
or by placing an order for curbside pickup. (described below)
Shipping will stop near the end of September dependent on weather.
Curbside service may extend beyond the end of shipping, for your convenience.
